Resize Photo for PAN Card (NSDL & UTI) - 213x213px

Applying for a PAN Card online? NSDL and UTIITSL have very specific pixel requirements that normal croppers can't handle.

NSDL / UTI Photo Rule:

Dimensions: 2.5 x 3.5 cm OR 213 x 213 pixels (2.5 x 2.5 cm approx).

DPI: 300 DPI.

Size: < 30 KB.

Signature Rule for PAN

The signature must also be 600 DPI (High Resolution) and under 60KB.
